It is incumbent
upon this Court to afford full protection to labor. Thus, while we take cognizance
of the employer’s right to protect its interest, the same should be exercised
in a manner which does not infringe on the workers’ right to security of
tenure. "Under the policy of social justice, the law bends over backward
to accommodate the interests of the working class on the humane justification
